A refund is the process of returning the cost of a product or service to a customer, regardless of the reason for the return (“Refund”). Hire Ads Manager processes refunds by reversing the charges made to the customer’s payment method, whether it be a credit card or another account. The correct amount is then credited back to the customer’s card or account at their respective bank.
Hire Ads Manager will only issue a refund if the service provided does not meet the promised specifications or if Hire Ads Manager is unable to resolve any issues related to the quality of the deliverables. In any case, the refund amount will not exceed the original payment made. Service timelines depend on team availability, and delivery dates may be extended without prior notice; however, refunds will not be granted as long as the service has been rendered.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used. For example, if a purchase was made with a credit card, the refund will be processed back to that same card. Similarly, if PayPal was used, the refund will be credited to the same PayPal account. If the PayPal account has been closed, the customer should contact Hire Ads Manager for further assistance.
